Every year at the beginning of December, many film makers, directors, actors and other film-related people come to Luang Prabang. They meet together with an interested audience at the Luang Prabang Film Festival.
Well, we have another small anecdote for you. Today, it’s about us stuck with our little local language skills…
This time, we have a short anecdote about an encounter with Lao students and us.
The first one and a half months of our time in Luang Prabang have passed and we thought it’s time to find some new things to do. Luckily, we were able to join a hiking tour with Tiger Trail near Luang Prabang recently. We learned a lot about Lao culture that we’d like to tell you about and, of course, we have some photos as well.

After two nights in Vang Vieng and two more in Vientiane, we continued our trip to the capital of Thailand.
